Saw Elton John in concert in LaCrosse Wednesday evening. Simply amazing!!! The songs were mostly the old stuff with some of his new songs included. The concert was almost 3 hours long and had no breaks or intermissions. I would go again in a heartbeat to see him again. Have been a fan of his for 40 years and this was the first time I was able to see him in concert. Highly recommend!! Well worth the money spent. You won't be disappointed.

Elton John Concert Tickets

For more than 45 years, few performers have been able to compare with Sir Elton John's talent and showmanship. From his early days as an eccentric stage presence to his more recent work as a composer, the man born Reginald Dwight has done it all. With a livelihood that spans more than four decades and a knighthood from HM Queen Elizabeth II, Sir Elton John is more than a legend. He is an icon. Renowned for his outrageous and long performances, an Elton John concert is not a show that anyone can afford to pass up. Anybody who picks up Elton John tickets gets the chance to see a living legend.

A natural born musician, John played the piano since the tender age of three. Within just a few years he began performing jazz and classical tunes for friends and family that he had picked up by ear. John began his education at an arts school after earning a scholarship. By the age of 11 John was notorious for his flamboyant stage behavior. He got his start performing in the early 1960s, but it wasn't until 1969 that he released his debut album, Empty Sky. A modest success, it helped set the stage for what proved to be a breakout decade in the 1970s.

In 1970 he released his self titled second album, which is among his most popular works. Aside from performing well on the Billboard Pop charts, it features one of his best know tunes, "Your Song," which is still a regularly played hit more than 40 years later.

John has played, produced and collaborated with some of the top music artists around. Not sticking to his own pop sound, John has branched out to play with greats like John Lennon and Eminem. Some of Elton John’s most successful albums include Madman Across the Water with hit “Tiny Dancer,” Honky Chateau with “Rocket Man,” Goodbye Yellow Brick Road with tune “Bennie and the Jets,” and Caribou. A talent that is infinite, John has also contributed to soundtracks, scores and theatre albums like Billy Elliot.

Today, Elton John remains a music icon. He has sold hundreds of millions of albums and helped entertain millions of people. Whether he's crafting the score for The Lion King or bringing people to tears with "Candle in the Wind," there will be no replacing Sir Elton John. Grab your opportunity to experience the magnificence and musical icon when you buy your Elton John concert tickets today!
