The movie was extremely different, but it was different in a fantastical way. In the end, it teaches that we need to embrace the uniqueness in other people and not be so prejudiced of one another. The curtain effects blew me away(you'll see what I mean), but sometimes it wasn't visual enough. One last con to the movie? The play being devoid of dialog kept you a bit confused, if only for a moment.
I loved that it was like the movie it would of been great if Johnny Depp made a special appreance. My friend and I almost didn't make it in they gave us the wrong seats there was a typo on the ticket. The people at the Ahmanson were very patient tracking down the right seats on the ticket so we almost did not get to see the beauty that is Edward ScissorHands I would definitely see it again but better seats.
an enchanting interpretation of one of my favorite movies.
It was simply magic. An esthetic engaging fantasy that reminds us to be compassionate to those who are differnt or less fortunate than us.
