By Dori from Stony Brook, NY on 10/20/2007
Pros:
Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Encores, Great Lighting, Great Sound
Best For:
DIE HARD FANS

I had great seats, VIP parking and show was first rate. Crosby and Nash sounded as good as they did back in the early 70's! Excellent show. I'm glad I didn't miss it.

Crosby & Nash
By Barbara from Morristown, NJ on 10/16/2007
Pros:
Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence
Cons:
Too Short
Best For:
Everyone

David Crosby autographed an old album cover for us. That made the evening a bit more special and personal. One comment: According to the seating chart online, Section 300 was to be in the center; instead, it was off to the side. So, although the seats were still good, they were not center as we expected. I'm not sure who is at fault -- perhaps The Borgata Hotel?

David Crosby Concert Tickets

David Van Cortlandt Crosby is a singer, guitarist and songwriter best known for his role in the band Crosby, Stills and Nash. While he has certainly made his place in the music industry, Crosby’s original intentions were to become an actor, probably because his father, Floyd Crosby, was an Academy Award-winning cinematographer. In 1960, he made the move from Santa Barbara to Los Angeles and created a name for himself by playing in coffeehouses and small clubs. In 1963, Crosby formed The Byrds with Chris Hillman, Gene Clark, Michael Clarke and Roger McGuinn. Get your David Crosby tickets to hear the man who played a large part in creating the folk-rock sound.

Crosby and the rest of the The Byrds saw the band through until about 1967 when he left to join Graham Nash, a former member of the pop/rock act The Hollies, and Stephen Stills, who was the singer/guitarist of Buffalo Springfield. The trio quickly achieved success, landing the title of Best New Artist at the 1969 Grammy Awards. "Guinnevere" and "Wooden Ships" were two extremely popular singles that came off of their self-titled debut. Even today, it’s still widely enjoyed and can be found on Rolling Stone’s list of the 500 Greatest Albums of All Time.

In 1969, the group added a fourth member, Neil Young, who was also a former Buffalo Springfield member. That’s when the band became Crosby, Stills, Nash & Young.
