D'Angelo Concert Tickets

D'Angelo is an American R&B singer who is best known for songs like "How Does It Feel?" and "The Line." Pioneering the neo-soul movement of the late 1990s, D'Angelo brought sensuality, funk and an earthiness to the genre that has never been duplicated. His vocal prowess exudes a powerful organic aura that matches R&B legends like Stevie Wonder, Prince, Al Green and Marvin Gaye. Buy your D'Angelo tickets today and enjoy a night of smooth singing and grooving beats with one of the most talented artists of the late 1990s.

As the son of a Pentecostal minister, D'Angelo was constantly surrounded by religion and the music that accompanied it. He taught himself how to play the piano at an early age and won an amateur talent competition at the age of 18. His 1995 debut album, Brown Sugar, was a hit and he followed that success with Voodoo, which was released in 2000. Voodoo would be a milestone in his career, debuting at No. 1 on the Billboard 200 chart and selling more than 300,000 copies in its first week. Critics and consumers alike raved about Voodoo, which is now widely regarded as one of the best R&B albums ever made.
