Cut Copy Concert Tickets

If you’re a fan of bands like Daft Punk and LCD Soundsystem, then you’ll love the Australian electronic group Cut Copy. Cut Copy began in 2001 as a solo project by producer and songwriter Dan Whitford. While Whitford released one single, 1981, and one EP, I Thought of Numbers, it wasn’t until 2004 that Whitford added drummer Mitchell Scott and bassist/guitarist Tim Hoey. The trio came together to create the band’s first full-length album called Bright Like Neon Love. Rock out to the electronic pop sounds from this unique group when you get your Cut Copy tickets.

"Saturdays," "Future" and "Going Nowhere" were three singles from their 2004 album that really gave them exposure and helped their fanbase grow. The album is filled with hypnotic dance beats, channeling an 80s genre of music.

In 2006, Whitford released a live DJ mix known as Fabriclive.29. The mix included Roxy Music’s "Angel Eyes," three Cut Copy originals, "The Faint’s "Your Retro Career Melted" and more. In Ghost Colors, released in 2008, was their second album and found a top spot on Australia’s ARIA charts. Then in 2011, bassist Ben Browning became the fourth member of Cut Copy. The four men put together their third album, Zonoscope, which included singles like "Need You Now," "Take Me Over" and "Where I’m Going."
