Creighton Basketball Tickets

Despite often playing small schools outside of the national spotlight, the Creighton Bluejays men's team has emerged as one of college basketball's true powerhouses. Playing out of the CenturyLink Center in Omaha, Nebraska, the Bluejays have spent the past 30 years showing the big boys of the college game that they can't sleep on smaller schools. So grab some Creighton basketball tickets today to see the Jays take a stand for the little guy.

Creighton has a history of hiring high-profile head coaches in an effort to raise the program's profile. Eddie Sutton, who would go on to a Hall of Fame career coaching at Arkansas, Kentucky and Oklahoma State, got his start in Omaha in 1974. And Willis Reed, the famous former New York Knicks star, made a stop in Eastern Nebraska as well, coaching the program from 1982-1985.

But it wasn't until the Tony Barone era in the late 1980s that Creighton really emerged on the national scene. Between 1989 and 2013, the Bluejays would go on to make 11 NCAA tournament appearances, including five in a row between 1999 and 2003.

Now that Creighton has transitioned into the Big East conference, you won't want to miss them testing the biggest schools in the country on a regular basis.
