What a great experience!
By Thia from Hollywood on 6/30/2008
Pros:
Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Lighting, Great Sound, Perfect for Beatles fans
Cons:
Too Short
Best For:
Everyone

Such an unexpected surprise...Cheap Trick pulled off what could have been a Karaoke nightmare with finesse and dignity. The additional artists and orchestra filled out a remarkable show that had me in tears with happy memories. Robin Zanders' voice is still as smooth as silk! I don't think any other band could have handled the job quite as well - these guys were amazing! 'A Day in the Life' alone was worth the price. The Beatles were, without a doubt, the greatest band and if you ever wished you could have seen them live - then this is a show for you.

By Together Forever Whatever from NY NY on 11/22/2006
Pros:
Great Sound
Cons:
Too Short

Casual Fans, Die-Hards Only, Everyone

The seats were great and the sound was perfect. I wish Soul Asylum played 10 minutes longer instead of having an MC babble about nothing.

Cheap Trick Concert Tickets

There was no better time for hard rock than the mid-1970s into the 1980s. The decade-plus gave the music world the likes of Def Leppard and Guns N' Roses, and it also was when Cheap Trick rose to fame. The Illinois-based band had some of the best rock tunes of the era, and today Cheap Trick tickets remain a popular item.

Formed by lead guitarist Rick Nielsen, the origins of Cheap Trick date back into the early '70s, but it was not until the band was joined by lead singer Robin Zander that its success took off. Cheap Trick released its self-titled debut in 1977 and despite being a critical favorite, it did not chart all that well. However, it laid the groundwork for what would prove to be a very successful next 10 years.

Later in 1977, Cheap Trick released its follow up album, In Color. This record contains what is likely their most iconic song "I Want You To Want Me." Throughout the next several years, Cheap Trick scored some of their biggest rock hits including 1978's "Surrender" and the 1979 tune "Dream Police."

While their height of popularity was undoubtedly the '70s and '80s, Cheap Trick has never faded from public view and in 2009 their album The Latest marked a return to form. Seize your chance see a true classic in action; buy your Cheap Trick concert tickets today!
