Broken Bells Concert Tickets

For those of you that like the music of The Shins, you may want to check out the American indie rock band, Broken Bells. The group is made up of The Shins' singer/guitarist James Mercer and producer/multi-instrumentalist Brian Burton. The duo first met up at Roskilde music festival in Denmark in 2004, which is one of the largest music festivals in Europe. They soon discovered that they were big fans of one another's work, and the rest is history. Sway to the addictive beats of this band by getting your Broken Bells tickets before they sell out.

The duo didn't immediately start producing music upon meeting. It wasn't until four years later, in March 2008, that these two men began collaborating and recording together as a band in Burton's home studio in Los Angeles. When they came together to record, they both moved away from their traditional musical styles. Burton opted to trade in his heavy metal roots in exchange for a broadened vocal style that included falsettos and deeper registers.

In 2009, the Broken Bells released their debut single, "The High Road." Their self-titled debut album arrived shortly thereafter, in the spring of 2010. In 2011, the Meyrin Fields EP came out, which featured previously unreleased tracks. Don't miss your chance to see Broken Bells perform LIVE! Buy your Broken Bells tickets today!
