Bring Me The Horizon Concert Tickets

In 2004, metalcore band Bring Me The Horizon was formed. Members of the group include singer Oliver Sykes, drummer Matt Nicholls, bassist Matt Kean and guitarists Lee Malia and Curtis Ward. The Sheffield, Yorkshire-based group actually took their name from a quote uttered by Captain Jack Sparrow in Disney’s 2003 film "Pirates of the Caribbean." Explore the emo and death metal influences of this group by getting your Bring Me The Horizon tickets.

Bring Me The Horizon originally released music through their own label, Thirty Days of Night, through which they issued their first EP, This Is What The Edge of Your Seat Was Made For, in 2005. They ended up signing to a more established label, known as Visible Noise. The label had previously signed well-known groups such as Bullet for My Valentine. Count Your Blessings, the group’s debut- full-length album, was released to audiences in 2006.

In 2008, the band came out with their second album, Suicide Season. The record was influenced by the setting in which it was recorded - Gothenburg, Sweden. Suicide Season is filled with a mix of death metal guitars and powerful vocals. One of the band’s signature songs came from this album - "It Was Written In Blood." The track is based on a suicide note of Russian poet Sergei Yesenin.
