Fair price for an amazing time
By trifecta from california on 10/27/2008
Pros:
Great Style Of Play, High Energy, Stadium Packed, The Crowd Loved It
Best For:
Everyone, Out-Of-Towners

These tickets were reasonably priced for an event that was in high demand. The tickets themselves were collectable and one of a kind. It was a really organized, the track looked beatuiful, and the grounds were very clean. Nothing bad to be said for the event.

Monmouth Park - keep it!
By LA Woman from Manalapan, NJ on 10/30/2007
Cons:
Could not handle crowd, Ran out of cold beer
Best For:
No One

For the price paid for Lady's Secret Cafe tickets, to run out of cold beer is unacceptable. There were no arrangements made for the inclement weather which they knew was going to be a problem, at least 3 to 4 days ahead of race day. They could have easily tented this section but chose not to. Terrible and not worth the price at all. I highly doubt Monmouth Park will see the Breeders Cup again anytime soon. They simply couldn't handle the crowds and just don't have the proper facilities.

Exciting Day
By SJ NYC from SI NY on 10/29/2007
Pros:
High Energy, The Crowd Loved It
Cons:
Traffic problems
Best For:
Everyone

Horse racing offers a nice day out and its always better when its not too crowded. The rain helped keep the crowd to managable levels. The tragic loss of George Washington was awful but we have to remember they love to run.

Breeder's Cup Great! [...]
By Rip off by Tickets Now! from Oceanport NJ on 10/29/2007
Pros:
High Energy, Horse Racing at its Best, The Crowd Loved It
Cons:
Bad weather
Best For:
Everyone, New To The Sport, Out-Of-Towners

Breeder's Cup was great. Very sad end with one horse being put down. Hope that the NTSA will look to Monmouth Park again for another Breeder's Cup Weekend.

Breeders' Cup Horse Racing Tickets

Though the Triple Crown gets much of the media attention when it comes to horse racing, the Breeders' Cup has been quickly catching up. Since it was formed more than 25 years ago, the event has continually expanded and attracted some of the best horse racing talent around. Today, thousands of fans pick up Breeders' Cup tickets, making it one of the most popular races in the United States.

The event was founded in 1984 as a way to celebrate the end of the year in thoroughbred racing. It was also an opportunity to give horses from outside of the United States a chance to race. Originally just a one day event, it eventually became so popular organizers expanded it to two days, a move which has certainly paid off.

Over the years, the Breeders' Cup has been hosted a number of well-known venues. Churchill Downs, which is the home of the Kentucky Derby, has been one of the most frequent hosts, while Belmont Park and Santa Anita Park have done so as well.

There truly is nothing quite like a day at the races. The atmosphere is hard to describe, and the Breeders' Cup certainly stands out as one of the best in the sport.
