Money Well Wasted
By Phoenixx from Houston, TX on 3/18/2012
Engaging Stage Presence, Great Lighting
Forgot Lyrics, Just Stopped Singing, Poor Set List, Poor Sound Quality

Keep in mind after reading the review below that I am still a big Brad Paisley fan but won't be going to any more concerts. Tickets to the Houston Rodeo for 4: $147.00 Bus ride from Delmar for 4: $30.00 4 Sodas & 2 Popcorn Tubs: $28.00 Hearing and seeing Brad Paisley have the worst sound crew, forget the lyrics, miss the stage, and call us all drunks - PRICELESS! Anyone who knows the concerts that the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo have put on in the past since moving to Reliant Stadium are top notch and Brad was no different. First class sound, lights, everything. But the jeers go to Brad on this show. He forgot the lyrics to "Ticks", and "Water", and even cut "Ticks" short because of the missed lyrics. The voice was pitch perfect when you could actually hear him. The vocals were TERRIBLE! I think he hired his sound crew from some hip-hop act where it doesn't matter who hears you. He did try and interact with the audience, but only the ones on the front row - he neglected the other 70,000. He went down 4 times onto the floor of the stadium during solos and completely forgot about everyone else. Not to mention that on one of his returns (and the exit at the end of the show) he completely missed the platform and stairs to the stage even with 4 bodyguards pointing it out. My wife and I took our 7 and 8 year old boys who are huge fans and even they were asking to leave shortly before the end of the show. Sorry - Still a big fan, but I'll stick to the CDs. Sure wish I had caught you on the first tour. I suspect it was much better.

Paisley/Scotty and Band Perry in Las Veg
By The Master from New Bern, NC on 2/3/2012
Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Encores, Great Lighting, Great Opening Acts, Great Sound

The concert was unbelievable. Scotty McCreery opened, followed by Band Perry and then Brad. Each provided really good performances, including a number of their big hits. Brad worked his way all the way thru the first floor of the audience while performing a song and stopping at several mini-stages out in the crowd. This show was phenomenal! Well worth the money and the wait!!

dont waste you're money!
By SP from birmingham, al on 2/11/2011

concert started early meaning we missed jerrod by being a little late. daruis didn't sing "southern state of mind" nor "history in the making". all of brad's songs sounded the same. watched cartoons for approx 15 min & no encore. only a few people on the VERY front row were engaged the whole time. saw brad before he got "big" and he was MUCH better. darius and jerrod should've opened for him!

Brad Paisley Concert Tickets

In the late 1990s, Brad Paisley burst into the country scene on the heels of Garth Brooks' mega stardom earlier in the decade. Paisley is also known for his goofy storytelling and straightforward lyrics that virtually anyone can relate to. But beyond all of that, Paisley is an impeccable guitarist, setting him apart from most other artists in the country scene today. Don't miss your chance to see the country great rock the stage LIVE! Buy your Brad Paisley tickets today!

In 1999, Paisley released his debut album, Who Needs Pictures, which featured chart-topping hits such as "He Didn't Have to Be." But it wasn't until the early 2000s that the star gained widespread acclaim with tracks, including "Celebrity," "Little Moments" and "Alcohol." He has worked with the likes of Alison Krauss, Alan Jackson, Don Henley and more.

Despite racking up 20 No. 1 hits by 2012, Paisley continues to churn out music rapidly. In 2013 he released the highly anticipated album Wheelhouse. Big name musicians like Dierks Bentley and Charlie Daniels were featured on the record, but the most talked about guest appearance came from LL Cool J in a song called "Accidental Racist." Buzz surrounded the brutally honest track, and Paisley once again was able to break down barriers in the music world.
