Boz Scaggs Concert Tickets

Most notable as a member of the Steve Miller Band, Boz Scaggs maintained success as a solo artist throughout the 1970s. With hits like "Lido Shuffle," "Breakdown Dead Ahead" and "Lowdown," Boz Scaggs tickets are still very much sought-after today. Although the musician spent most of the 1980s under the radar, he surged back onto the scene in 1988.

Although he was born in Ohio in 1944, Scaggs spent most of his childhood in Oklahoma and Texas. Scaggs and Steve Miller met one another in prep school in Dallas and the singer/songwriter began to work with the musician in 1959 for the band, the Marksmen. By the mid-1960s, Scaggs was playing with the Steve Miller Band, recording two critically acclaimed records, Children of the Future and Sailor.

Scaggs went through a bit of turmoil as a solo artist, but he hit it big after his return to the limelight with releases such as Some Change, Come on Home and Other Roads. In 2012, Scaggs toured as a member of the Dukes of September with Donald Fagen of Steeley Dan and Michael McDonald of the Doobie Brothers.
