Jerry was at the show
By Vila from Tampa,Fl on 11/15/2007

The show was absolutly amazing! There were times Bob sounded just like Jerry..made the hair on your body stand straight up!!! We beleive Jerry's holy ghost was there...Incredible show. However, we can only rate 4 stars. The theater ran out of beer after only the 5th song!!! What is that? The hospitality at the theater was nice also, but seriously something needed to be done about those bartenders. All in all, Bob and Rat Dog freakin rocked!!!

Bob Weir Concert Tickets

There's no denying the Grateful Dead are among the most influential bands of the last 50 years, and that is thanks in large part to Bob Weir. The band's guitarist, Weir has enjoyed a successful post-Dead career, whether performing as a solo artist or with his band Furthur, and picking up Bob Weir tickets truly is a treat for Dead fans everywhere.

Weir rose to fame just as the Grateful Dead became a jam band icon. While Jerry Garcia sang lead on a number of the band's most popular tunes, Weir's voice leads the way in songs like "Sugar Magnolia" and "Truckin." In the 1970s, just as the Dead were taking off, Weir also had some solo endeavors including the 1972 album Ace. Additionally, he began performing with the band Kingfish in 1974, something he continued to do for years to come.

When the Grateful Dead disbanded in 1995 after Garcia's death, the remaining members continued to perform in a variety of different capacities. Today, Weir not only plays by himself - including a 2012 tour with Black Crowes' frontman Chris Robinson - but he and Furthur, which is the band he formed with Dead bassist Phil Lesh, are a regular festival staple.

Whether flying solo or with Furthur, Bob Weir is a must-see LIVE performance. Don't miss your chance to see Bob Weir in concert! Buy your Bob Weir tickets now!
