[...] eek!This was my 82 year old mother's birthday present.She is almost totally without hearing. I was able to get 2nd row seats that were indeed worth the price. [...]courteous staff directed me to a lovely person [...]at the front box office that was kind enough to give me a hearing device that worked perfectly. Not only was my mother able to see the President less than 10 feet away, she could HEAR him! A perfect evening for her and that was the whole idea. [...]commend [...]staff of very friendly agents that work hard [...]to make this place tick. On the downside.....wow...the price of mideocre cheap wine is a little over the top. Being in marketing for the last 30 years,you would sell twice as much in the same container if the price were a little less. [...] An overall good evening. The person who introduced Bill Clinton was weak and there are so many people in the North Texas area with quick wit that could have inspired Bill Clinton to be the same and bring out more of his personality. He wasn't very good.So...that is it....I will look forward to another event. [...]
