BIGBANG Concert Tickets

For as long as there has been pop music, trends from other countries have been making their way to the United States. In the 2000s, electronic dance music exploded on the scene, but it looks like the next big thing will be Korean pop, and helping lead the charge is the boy band BIGBANG.

The band, comprised of five members, can trace its roots back to the early 2000s, but BIGBANG tickets did not start becoming popular until the middle of the decade thanks in large part to the hit single "Lies," which came off their 2007 EP Always. The record helped grow their popularity in their native South Korea, but it wasn't until they made the trip to Japan in 2009 and 2010 that BIGBANG became a household name.

BIGBANG made strides toward expanding their global appeal in 2012 with the release of the EP Alive. The seven-track release was a big hit in Asia, and even made an impact in the United States, where it made its way onto the Billboard 200 charts. The international recognition of BIGBANG certainly did not go unnoticed, and the South Korean quintet set off on its first-ever world tour soon after.
