I love my Beastie Boys, and they are always awesome performers, but the sound quality at this venue (Terminal 5) seemed messed up. It's like you couldn't hear anything over the DJ, and you definitely couldn't hear anything when they were just speaking to the crowd in between songs.

The Beasties ruled on Saturday Night. The Hummingbird was the perfect venue for a mostly instrumental concert (great accustics). My only complaint is that I would have loved to hear some of their older works done in instrumental (or any form). O well, we only had a couple of hours to enjoy them and they do have a ton of material to choose from. Can't wait for the next visit from the incredible Beastie Boys!!!!!!!!!!! Rhyme on!!

It was a great show. They played some of their lesser know numbers, and did so with severe awesomeness.
The show kicked from the first song until the very end. The moon was almost full over the Greek and the stellar performance of "The Boys" rocked the place. Very high energy show that kept everyone on their feet from beginning to end.
