Too much hipe and not enough show

This is the second Avril concert that I took my daughter to. The first one was Avril's first concert and she was way more into the crowd then than she was this time. Avril only sang for just over an hour which is a down right rip off. When you pay the price for tickets like I did, [$], you expect to be entertained! At one point Avril actually said "I want to talk to you but I don't know what to say" Are you kidding me?? The sound was terrible, if you didn't know the words to the songs, then you wouldn't know what she was singing. It seemed like she was screaming the words to every song. Either she WAS screaming or the sound guy did not know what he was doing. I have been to many concerts and this was BY FAR the worst I have been to.
