Waste of Money and Rude Manager

For the 2011 season of the Auburn Doubledays there has been many issues I have seen being a season ticket holder. First off the new management is the worst decision the board could have made. They are rude and inconsiderate especially the general and assistant managers. The prices have increased greatly in terms of food and tickets. It is disappointing to see the park go downhill because it is a great asset to Auburn. There has been a low attendance even on Dollar Thursday. On such nights the food is cooked poorly, hotdogs are overcooked and the buns are hard, hamburgers are always cold, and the boneless wings are way overcooked, and the pretzels are soggy and contain too much salt. What I have seen on extremely hot days the workers look dehydrated which is unethical to me. Give them some water! Also my wife went to the concession stand and wanted some popcorn and it was burnt and not filled to the top. You would think it would be overflowing especially when it is two dollars and twenty- five cents for a small container. Also, the water is way over priced and is always warm. In my opinion, it is a rip off. Plus a few of the workers do not always wear gloves. This is why this organziation gets bad reviews in the paper. This is disgusting and unisanitary. Also, why are you reeping the benefits of the college fund (tip jar) for these hard working employees. One time I asked why there was no tip jar and a nice young worker told me it was "tacky". The only thing "tacky" is this baseball park. And I have noticed that this middle aged woman who doesn't wear a hat or hairnet I could report this to the health code advisor. I am only saying this because one time i found hair in my popcorn and I had to throw the whole thing away which was a waste of money and I was disgusted. Also, a few times I have ordered beer from the waitresses and one time I was served by a minor. Don't you think this is illegal? Due to these circumstances I will be withdrawing my season tickets next year and years to come if this organization doesn't get it's act together.
