Arcade Fire Bursted w Artistic Integrity

I was in the pit at berkeley's greek. Equivalent to the second row. I was astounded by how every single member of the band was pouring their soul into the mics, through their bodies/hands, their energies radiating out honestly and openly, piercing my heart ever so perfectly. I couldn't help but cry during Tunnels, and In the Backseat got my emotions running like no other. Her voice has the resonance of bjork's unique style.
Hand's down the best show ive attended. I appreciated the set design, the costumes, everyones unique performance, the crazy instruments, the versatility of each band member, the commitment to not just performing, but emanating the ultimate of what artmaking should be. I was in the middle of the moshing during the last numbers, and it was the first time that my body had been swept up in a force that was so powerful I had no control but to hunger and feed off of the sights and sound that were being generating by immaculate beings only feet away from me.
