Highly Disappointed in 2008

No Big Screens hi up, No Show quality, Poor Set List, Poor Sound Quality

I paid over $100 for my ticket plus hotel plus food. I expected show-like performances of my favorite top 10 performers. Totally disappointed. The Sound was poor because they did not use the ceiling speakers and No big screens up high to see my idols perform. The arena was too big for the performers (& arena had too many fans with poor visual/sound for viewing and hearing my favorite idols). Just don't go expecting the Grand Finale as on TV in May 2009 - cause I was. I was terribly disappointed and upset that I had paid all that money for what I got. Go at your own risk of expectations. Hopefully, it will be better this year.

Previous American Idol Concerts

I have been to two AI concerts, two different years. The energy and excitement is beyond wonderful!!! One of the things that makes it so great is the excitement and the energy of the American Idols themselves, as well as that of the audience. The fact that they do songs as a group as well as individually is so very enjoyable.The AIs give it all they have got and it works for a great, fun, evening of happy entertainment!! You leave feelin' good!!!!

American Idols

It brings so many people together having a good time.Everyone enjoys it. The whole concept of American Idol is great, from the beginning to the end.

Great Show

Couldn't see jumbotron

Wasn't sure if it would be a good show or not. Got tickets late and we were sitting to the side of the stage. However, from our vantage point, we could see the performers before they went on stage. They were very friendly, waving to our section often. Kind of fun seeing them act like normal people. They also made a point of going to the sides to sing (complete with set up mics at each of the two sides. Really glad we went. Had a great time.
