America performed a great show, I love thier music but what really made it the best for me was getting my picture taken with Gerry Beckley and Dewey Bunnell after the concert. Good seats, tickets were pricey but I would pay it again for them.

For those who want to stroll down America's "memory lane", this is a perfect event. America does a great job playing all the hits that made them famous in the 70's and 80's. The band's enthusiasm and stage presence help make it a wonderful concert.

America Concert Tickets

America paved the way for folk-rock acts of the 70s and 80s. Some of their most popular songs include "Sister Golden Hair" and "A Horse with No Name," both reaching No.1 on the Billboard charts, but oldschool fans may remember them for tracks like "Tin Man" and "Daisy Jane." Pick up your America tickets and be there in person to sing along to these hits.

Comprised of Dewey Bunnell, Gerry Beckley and Dan Peek (all sons of U.S. Air Force officers stationed in the U.K.), the group started playing together under the moniker Daze in 1970. After dubbing themselves America, to distinguish their authentic American sound, the group began their U.K. tour playing venues like The Roundhouse and Chalk Farm, where rock legends like Pink Floyd got their start. Though they were all very young, the trio had almost instant success after taking on the name America - they were still in their early 20s by time they reached the charts and earned a Best New Artist Grammy for the sophomore effort, Homecoming.

With the death of Peek in 2011, the core duo of Beckley and Bunnell are left to carry on the legacy. Now, the act performs like there's no tomorrow, hitting more than 100 towns and cities each year and selling out America tickets.
