Aaron LEWIS--- NOT TO BE MISSED!!!!!!!
By Bertalynn from Universal Hard Rock, Orlando Fla. on 5/18/2015
Pros:
Amazing stage presence, Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Sound
Cons:
Big Voice Forhardrock, Poor Sound Quality
Best For:
Adults, Some Swearing R-rated

I was staying at the Royal Pacific Hotel, in Orlando, Fla. with my husband, and children. Boys, ages, 18, 20, 25... late start (second marriage)! One night, my son was all dressed for concert at the Hard Rock Hotel, Universal Studios, Florida. When he was a teen, now 27, I used to ask him, (Scott...whose voice is this, as I have dabbled in voice and piano, choir, weddings etc!)I am more of a harmony back-up singer. Well, exhausted, after a day at the Park.....I am SOO elated that I said to my son, I'll go with you! (He was going alone). IT WAS AM AMAZING, ACOUSTIC, PERSONAL REFLECTION OF AARON'S VOCAL CAPABILITY, AND VARIABILITY! THE MAN CAN SING, AND PLAY!!!! Yes, there was alittle f.... words, the crowd was geared towards hard rockers, but I found him not to be too offensive. I would suggest noone under 16 or 17. Not really a family, but "It's been awhile", (7 years), and my son and I share a single mom, be there forever, whenever bond! What s special night, that I am so glad I went with my gut to just GO... as how many more times, would my son, chose me as a concert mate! AMAZING. Half-way through the set, he sang someone else's rock song...the crowd went WILD. I still don't know the name, my son thinks it's 3rd eye Blonde- "what's UP?" AMAZING... he sang it, as if he were a high tenor. His vocals, are pristine, his style... was Rock at the time, I have not heard his country side, but I am taking my son again. In the carm when I was trying so hard, to be the cool mom, Aaron Lewis' concert, strengthened the bond between music and mother and son. Thank you Aaron, you are the voice I heard, when you sang "it's been a while".... a concert I'm so blessed to have seen; very special. One talented, yet still humble man!!! An Amazing show!!!! GO! You won't be disappointed! Most Kindly, Roberta and Scott

Aaron Lewis is an American musician and the lead vocalist of the rock group Staind. Although rock has been his passion for most of his life, he has ventured into country music as well, where he has received positive reviews. Lewis was raised in Longmeadow, Mass., a small town 20 miles north of Hartford, Conn. Before he became internationally known as the lead singer of Staind, he sang in a band known as J-CAT. In 1993, he met Staind’s lead guitarist, Mike Mushok and detailed his plans of starting a band.

A year later, Staind was performing in clubs across Massachusetts, covering songs from other alternative rock bands like Korn, Rage against the Machine, Pearl Jam, Tool and Alice in Chains. Since then, they have released several major studio albums, including Tormented (1996) Dysfunction (1999) and The Illusion of Progress (2008). The group has achieved both critical and commercial success, selling more than 15 million records worldwide.

In 2011, Lewis began his solo career by releasing his first country music EP, Town Line. His passion for country music was rekindled after touring with Kid Rock and has stuck with him ever since. In 2012, he released his first full-length solo country music album, The Road.
