I purchased the tickets for my girlfriend as a Christmas present. We are both jazz lovers and this particular event was a "can't miss". David Benoit, Kirk Whalum, Jonathan Butler and last, but not least the "Cool" in A Cool Jazz Christmas - Michael Franks. The chemistry between the artists was great as well as their interaction with the audience. We were in the orchestra pit (very front) and I was unsure as to the type of seating it would be as I am from Houston and traveled to Dallas, Texas Majestic Theatre just for this show without ever being in there before. Needless to say, the seats were outstanding, comfortable and provided excellent "part of the show" feeling. Wish it could have went on all night. Definitely would love to attend again! [...]
