Excellent presentation

By far, the most wonderful play that I have been witness to. The acting was very professional, especially the acting of Mr. Scrooge. The entire supporting cast did a magnificent job to serve as a back-up to the lead actor yet it was done so well that all the actors, at one point in time, were serving as the leads. Simply the best.

As Good as It Gets

I Just can't say enough about the presentation of "A Christmas Carol". I've been going for 4 years now (3 of them at Ford's Theatre) and it gets better every time I see it. It never becomes stagnant or boring. I thought it might lose something with Ford's Theatre being renovated this year, but it actually was the most enjoyable of the four times I've seen it. The actors are perfect for their roles, even with a couple of changes to the line ups major characters. I'm a casual theatre goer but I can't wait to go back next year!!

Not for anybody over five years old

Extremely amateurish! We were a party of four, two teenage girls, an adult male, and an adult female. We had read reviews claiming that the acting was great and the show sophisticated. We must have been at the wrong performance, because I've seen better acting and heard better singing at our local middle school performances! During the performance, I kept wondering how a major city like Philly wasn't able to attract better talent and put on a better production than what we witnessed on 12/15. All of the actors performed multiple parts, which left one to wonder why each part couldn't have been filled individually. From the outset, the adults in our party and my teenagers, who are not at all jaded, couldn't wait for it to end. Luckily, we didn't have a long wait, as it took under an hour for the entire performance. Unfortunately, we spent a good deal of money on these tickets through a broker. NEVER AGAIN!!! We'll be sticking with Broadway from now on!

The worst seats!
