1. I was approved for Blue from American Express®. How do I get the $100 discount?
All you have to do is sit back and relax. We will email your $100 discount code to the email address used to apply for the promotion once we receive verification from American Express® of your approval. Make sure that you set your email application to allow emails from TicketsNow.com (simply add this domain to your Safe Senders list) so it doesn't end up in your SPAM folder.

2. When will I receive the email with my $100 discount code?
We will email your $100 discount code to the email address used to apply for the promotion within 2 weeks after you are approved. Sometimes you may even receive it within 1 week, but please allow 2 weeks before requesting status information.

3. Do I have to use my Blue from American Express® Card when I place my order?
No, the promotion is independent of the type of credit card used to place an order.

4. Can I still take advantage of the offer if I already have a Blue from American Express® Card?
Yes, but since you already have a Blue from American Express®, you will need to apply for the Blue Cashsm Card. Click here to get started.
