Reviews Alabama Theater By Carol from Southside, Al on 12/2/2012 Pros: Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Opening Acts, Great Sound, Packed house Cons: Time Went Very Fast, Too Short Best For: Many Older Adultsno Kids I really enjoyed the whole concert. We arrived late and the warm up band was on and my friend said he sounds so much like willie...whe he return it was Willie's son..and another
son was with him...not as talented as the son who sang and played the guitar as well or better than Willie..It as amazing show..The Alabama Theater has a wonderful staff and help was everwhere. When we came n my friend is handicap and or seats were on the third level and they up graded our seats to main level and the seats were like captian chairs.Wonderful place to c any concert..

I had no idea when I went online to find tickets what a special show this would turn out to be.
The Backyard, a beautiful outdoor venue outside Austin, filled with Live Oaks, was celebrating its last show ever due to urban sprawl that built itself up around the amphitheater.
The show went from 2pm to 1am with a star-studded line-up climaxing with the simple beauty of Willie Nelson and Friends.
We had a magical experience which will remain with us forever!

He tossed a few bandanas to the front crowd. No Fort Worth area acknowledgement or "thank you". End of show was very anti-climatic ... "bye" and no encore.
