Merle made several eye contacts with us. We were only about 10 feet from him personally. We couldn't have had better seats. Security was great & quickly removed fans from the stage area to our right. Ann G.
His performance was perfect,flaws and all. We had the privilege of seeing and hearing every little part that makes up the whole country legend up close and personal. What memories.
I was raised on rock and roll but when I started working hard at 16 Merle explained it away and made me part of the family. Much thanks I am grateful, thank you Kalamazoo thank you Merle. Love Rod G.

It's partly the spirit of all the music that's been there before and partly the good folks of Nashville making it feel still important and vital today plus a consummate performer who loves what he does and does it like no one else.
