I will continue loving her as a musician no matter what genre of music she does. Jewel is awesome in my book!

That she is a truly unbelievable vocal stylist, an beautiful songwriter? That she has stunning sex appeal? That anyone who sees and hears her is experiencing an amazing talent? Well, yes, one could definitely say that about Jewel and much more. It would be one thing if Jewel were a fabulous vocalist but to be a thrilling song writer as well is a true gift from God. One could say that there are several wonderfully talented singers and song writers, but not one, really measures up to Jewel. She is someone that emotes a quality from her guitar playing, attitude on stage and certainly her voice and style.
At first, one not knowing Jewel, could feel as if she was a bit standoffish. That she is not there for the audience, or very personable. I think this might be do to her incredible knowledge of her own talents. On the other hand, after getting to know Jewel one could say that they feel much more comfortable with her. Is it her ego? Is it a shyness? Is it a recognition of her own supernatural talent? It's up to the individual listener, the individual concert goer. The person who goes to a Jewel happening, will come away with many things to ponder. Jewel's lyrical way and obvious easy song writing talent as well as her pleasant style on stage takes one's breath away. She does it ALL so easily that it amazes. Perhaps Jewel knows that she is truly magnificent.
While the public at large is acquainted with Jewel , I don't think that Jewel has scratched the surface as far as public appeal is concerned. After all, when one has incredible talent in so many areas, it's hard to hide those talents from the world. I believe that we all have a precious Superstar in our midst. A God given talent, the likes of which we can only compare to the greatest voices/singers that have come along very rarely throughout the past decades. When attending a Jewel concert for the first time beware of being swept up and captivated. Jewel will astound with her vocals that range from soft folk rock to operatic favorites and yodeling. She doesn't miss, she can't miss. That's because her talent is God gifted. SM
