Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Lighting, Great Sound
The only I complaint I had is that Blue October didn't play long enough. They could have easily played for another hour and there were some great songs (Razorblade, Breakfast After Ten) that they never got to. Other than that it was one of the best shows I have seen in awhile.

What I saw was awesome!

Crowd Was In To It, Engaging Stage Presence, Great Encores, Great Lighting, Great Sound, Perfect Set List
I wasn't familiar with the opening act (Ozma) at all, and unfortunately missed their entire set. I arrived just before Yellow Card came on, who performed phenomenally better then expected, very lively. Blue October was predominately what I wanted to see this show for, and they performed what seemed to be every song off their Foiled album. Very good quality overall from the performers. This was also my first experience seeing a show at DAR Constitution Hall in DC. I have to admit it too was better then anticipated, although as usual, a significant portion of early bought seats were untaken. Thankfully, the venue staff didn't prevent folks from moving in closer - as a result, the added density really added to the show for what otherwise could have been a negative point. Some highlights of the evening were the ability to get up to the front, at the stage. Two female friends I brought along each managed to get guitar pics for their favorite bands. Overall a pleasurable experience.

Blue October at the Ogden Theatre

Engaging Stage Presence
Crowd Was Not Into It, Poor Set List, Poor Sound Quality, Too Hot
Blue October left the crowd hanging for about fourty five minutes before they came on after the opening band. I was not impressed with their sound in concert... definetly stick with the cds. They also played all of their screaming songs instead of the songs they are truly famous for... the fans weren't into those songs!
